CNC WIRE-CUT EDM
Electronica ER600 is a CNC Wire-Cut EDM machine used for high-precision cutting of electrically conductive materials. It provides 450 × 350 mm X-Y travel, supports 0.12–0.18 mm molybdenum wire, offers cutting speeds of ≥100 mm/min, and can achieve a surface finish of Ra ≤1.4 µm. It supports 4-axis simultaneous control with a 0.001 mm minimum command input.
SAND BLASTING
The Sand Blasting Machine is an enclosed abrasive blasting system used for surface cleaning, rust and oxide removal, deburring, and surface preparation of metal components. It operates using compressed air to propel abrasive media onto the workpiece and features a closed blasting chamber, built-in hand gloves, viewing window, pressure gauge, dust extraction system, and abrasive collection arrangement.
