Scanning Electron Microscope

ZEISS EVO 10 is a high-resolution Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) used for detailed surface imaging and material characterization. It operates at 0.2-30 kV, provides magnification up to 1,000,000x, and supports SE and BSE imaging with high-vacuum and variable-pressure operation.

SPUTTER COATING SYSTEM

A compact vacuum sputter coating system for depositing thin conductive metal films on specimens, particularly for SEM sample preparation. MIRCO VICKERS HARDNESS

The Micro Vickers Hardness Tester is used for precise hardness measurement of metals, coatings, thin sections, and small specimens. It supports 10 gf–1 kgf test loads, hardness measurement up to approximately 2900 HV, and 100x/400x magnification, with automatic loading, dwell and unloading.

INVERTED OPTICAL MICROSCOPE

The Inverted Optical Microscope is designed for metallographic and microstructural examination of polished material samples. It provides high-magnification observation using long-working-distance objectives and is suitable for studying grain structure, phases, defects, and material surfaces. Typical metallurgical systems provide magnifications from approximately 40x to 1000x.

STEREO MICROSCOPE

The Stereo Microscope provides three-dimensional, low-to-medium magnification imaging for examining material surfaces, components, defects, and fracture features. It offers a large working distance and depth of field, making it suitable for sample inspection, surface observation, and preliminary material analysis. Typical systems provide approximately 10x-40x magnification, with higher ranges possible depending on the optical configuration.
